        一、北師大豆豆媽媽夏令營(yíng)提出給孩子營(yíng)造一個(gè)舒適安靜的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。孩子的書桌上不應(yīng)擺放其它物品，以免分散孩子的注意力；書桌前方除了張貼學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)的地圖、公式、拼音表格外，不要貼其它東西，女孩的書桌上我們是不建議放鏡子的；不要讓孩子看電視的時(shí)候做作業(yè)。
    

        二、讓孩子必須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成自己的作業(yè)。學(xué)能夏令營(yíng)指出有些父母因?yàn)楹⒆拥淖⒁饬Σ患芯驮诤⒆由磉?ldquo;站崗”，這不是一個(gè)較為好的辦法，長(zhǎng)期下去會(huì)使孩子產(chǎn)生依賴心理。應(yīng)給孩子一個(gè)合理的時(shí)間，讓孩子在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成。同時(shí)，父母應(yīng)該了解，注意力持續(xù)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短與孩子年齡有關(guān)：5～10歲孩子是20分鐘，10～12歲孩子是25分鐘，12歲以上孩子是30分鐘。因此，如果想讓8歲的孩子持續(xù)60分鐘做作業(yè)是不科學(xué)的。
